Consultant Paediatrician
Dr Nirit Braha is a highly skilled, experienced and compassionate paediatrician with over 16 years’ clinical experience. This includes general and emergency paediatrics, neonatology and paediatric diabetes and endocrinology. She sees babies and children of all ages both acutely and in her outpatients clinic.
With a strong academic background, she has undertaken a range of laboratory and clinical research and has delivered multiple presentations at international conferences. Dr Braha is also a published author in paediatric endocrine, diabetes, safeguarding and general paediatrics topics.
Dr Braha is passionate about delivering the very best care for patients now and in the future. She has led quality improvement and service development work at multiple NHS Trusts and has also co-authored several network guidelines.
She remains closely involved in training the next generation of doctors and works as a Simulation Training co-lead, Advanced Paediatric Life Support instructor, Educational Supervisor and Tutor for UCL medical students.
As the mother of two young children herself, Dr Braha fully understands the importance of giving patients and families the high level of skilled and holistic care they deserve.
