She joined the Royal Free hospital as a consultant in 2009 and established the cancer of unknown primary Service (CUP) which received excellent feedback following national peer review. The CUP service reviews all patients who have scans demonstrating evidence of metastatic cancer in the absence of a definite primary, the aim of the service is to help investigate patients appropriately ensuring this is carried out in a timely manner.
