Dr Syed Ash Husain has been a consultant physician in the UK since 1997, he is member of the Royal Free Hospitals Respiratory Department and provides comprehensive respiratory service.
He has special interest in diagnosing and managing patients with chronic cough, breathlessness, asthma and chest infections (pneumonia). He provides a holistic approach in management of his patients with his broad experience in general medicine.
Dr Husain is a proficient and experienced bronchoscopist and utilises spirometry, six-minute walk test when assessing patients.
Dr Husain is delighted to see patients at short notice for ad-hoc appointments and is a ‘fee approved' consultant for all major private health insurers.
He is married, loves travelling and going to gym.
