Our aim at the Royal Free London Private Patients Unit is to provide the highest quality care and services, your comments and feedback are invaluable in helping us to do this.

Whether you are a patient, relative or visitor to Royal Free Private Patients Unit, we want to ensure that your experience is a positive one. If you are not satisfied, we would like to understand why and to find out what we can do to improve our service. Your views, positive and negative, are important to us.

Staff will always act professionally and respond to concerns as they are keen to receive feedback. You might also want to let us know about something that has gone well or about staff that you feel have excelled in their service to you.

We are eager to hear your views regarding your care, our services, and any improvements you feel you would like to see.

HWA Patient Satisfaction Survey leaflets are available in all our ward areas at Royal Free Private Patients Unit, Hadley Wood Hospital and in our outpatient reception areas. All service users are encouraged to complete the patient survey leaflet. Each questionnaire is recorded, with action taken where necessary so you can be rest assured your comments good or bad will be taken on board.
Each clinical ward areas and outpatient departments also has a manager. Please do ask to speak to them directly if you experience any issues, we are always happy to help.
