Dr Niall Power has been a full time NHS consultant for 11 years having trained in Barts and the London NHS trust and completed my training with a fellowship in Toronto. He trained in radiology of the chest, abdomen and pelvis with a special interest in gastrointestinal and gynaecological imaging.

Niall has written research papers, review articles and book chapters on my areas of interest. He performs and reports ultrasound and barium studies and also report a large volume of CT and MRI scans. Dr Power is also skilled in ultrasound and CT guided interventional procedures.

He is both an educational and clinical supervisor within the trust.
Out of work Dr Power is married with two daughters aged 9 and 11 and likes to relax by following the fortunes of Manchester United football club and the Kilkenny hurling team, though relax may not always be the right term. He plays piano and ukulele.
