Consultant Oncologist
Dr Sarah Needleman qualified from University College London in 2002. She completed her oncology training in some of the most respected cancer hospitals including UCLH, St Bartholomew’s, Royal Free and Mount Vernon. She has obtained an MSc in oncology and published oncological manuscripts related to breast and pelvic malignancy.
She is a consultant clinical oncologist specialising in radiotherapy for breast and urological malignancies. She is principal investigator for various breast cancer trials and is committed to delivering high quality, individualised patient care.
She is passionate about education and has been awarded two education fellowships, at UCL medical school and the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR). She has undertaken medical educational research and published related manuscripts. She has completed a Postgraduate Certification in Education and been awarded a Fellowship to Higher Education Academy. She is the Royal College tutor at the Royal Free hospital.
She was selected for a Leadership fellowship programme, organized and presented at national education and leadership conferences. She has been an active member of the RCR and held various committee roles.
