Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr Hagger’s undergraduate medical training was at Oxford University and the Royal Free hospital, London. He is dual trained in both general adult and old age psychiatry with an endorsement in liaison psychiatry.
Dr Hagger obtained a diploma in geriatric medicine from the Royal college of Physicians, London and started as a consultant psychiatrist in 2011 and has worked in a variety of settings including community and inpatients.
He has been a consultant in liaison psychiatry at the Royal Free since 2016 and his team at the Royal free was accredited with the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2017 and he was awarded a clinical excellence award in 2019.
Outside work hsi main interests are novels, fitness and playing and listening to music.
